• Authentication data — handled by Firebase Authentication.
• Browsing data — basic analytics: pages viewed, device type, approximate location from IP.

• To process and ship your orders, verify UPI payments, and send delivery updates.
• To respond to customer support requests.
• To improve product range and site experience.
• We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

Data storage

Your order and profile data is stored in an encrypted Oracle Autonomous Database hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (Mumbai region). Product images are stored in OCI Object Storage.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies and browser local storage to keep your cart, wishlist, and login session functional. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by writing to sr.saurabh@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Security

All payments are handled outside our website — we never see or store your UPI PIN or banking credentials. We only store the UPI transaction reference you submit, for payment verification purposes.
