Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. International shipping is not yet available.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is verified. Festive seasons may add 1–2 days.

Shipping fee

• Orders of ₹2,000 and above: Free shipping.
• Orders below ₹2,000: a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

Delivery time

Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Other cities: 5–8 business days. Remote PIN codes may take 7–12 business days.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link inside your account under My Orders as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking links also appear on the order details page.

Packaging

Every piece is packed in a Zari by PJ jewellery box with anti-tarnish lining, ready to gift.
