7-day return window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the piece is unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
How to request a return
- Go to My Orders, open the order, and reply to your order confirmation email with the reason.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup where possible. In non-serviceable PIN codes, you may need to ship the parcel back to us.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund mode
Refunds are returned to the original UPI account. We cannot refund to a different account.
Non-returnable items
- Customised / engraved pieces.
- Items damaged due to misuse or wear.
- Items returned without original packaging or tags.
Damaged or wrong item received
Please report damaged or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos. We will replace or refund at our cost.
